We received a check the same day for incidentals, Chris found a nearby hotel for us and she even made sure we had some food for dinner! Her staff helped us in every stage of the claim process and we felt like a "family" was watching out for us. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst ever customer service. I stepped in the store at 6:03 PM (Store closing time is 6 PM), I agree its my fault but it was just 3 damn minutes above time and guy was closing door in front of me. I asked him to keep the Amazon return package and may scan and send the next day. The guy was rude and kept on saying that they are closed. I had to drive to the other store on I-60 to drop off the package. Ruined whole evening. I-45 is always choked in the evening and I rushed to the store as fast as I could after getting off the train and they couldn't even do this small favor on a cold evening.
